As much as I love stuff like this, I've always found any scenario--especially theoretical alternate timelines where the US doesn't get involved or whatever-- where the Nazis had a snowball's chance in Hell of winning to be framing the issue the wrong way.

In humanitarian terms, any scenario where the war drags on even another six months to a year would be an absolute crisis, and would most likely end with the Nazis successfully murdering all Polish Jews. An entire subset of the human race would go "extinct." Like the dodo. And that is terrifying.

But if we're talking in terms of strategy...the only scenario where they win is one where everyone just refuses to fight back. Nazi Germany was designed to cause as much destruction as quickly as it could, but it was never built for longevity.

Adolf Hitler was a lazy idiot who enjoyed LARPing as a Great Leader, but had no actual skills beyond being a world-class bullshitter. By tying Germany's national identity to a single person, all of Hitler's many flaws became Germany's flaws.

And I'm sorry, but I refuse to ascribe much credit to Hitler as a leader. Even if you set aside morality, he just sucked at his job. His only strength was talking a big game, and the inevitable consequences played out pretty much like you'd imagine.
